TANK (Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky) operates the Southbank Shuttle every 15 minutes. This is a great option for attendees to access local area attractions and cross the river into Cincinnati. Click here to see the most up to date routes and maps.

Cincy Region Ale Trail


The Cincy Region Ale Trail is your chance to explore the rich German and Craft Beer Culture where the South meets the Midwest. You’re sure to find a plethora of styles of beers including Ales, IPAs, Sours and even Mead for you to sample on the Cincy Region Ale Trail. The B Line & kentucky Bourbon Trail


When you enter Northern Kentucky, you've arrived at an Official Gateway to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail at the top of the state. A great starting point for your bourbon adventure is The B-Line® -- NKY's self-guided bourbon tour. The B-Line is comprised of 9 Kentucky Bourbon Trail® Distilleries, 10 Bourbon Bars, all of which must have at least 100 bourbons in stock - and 10 Bourbon-centric Restaurants. Local Area trivia


  • Birthplace of Procter & Gamble: Cincinnati is home to Procter & Gamble (P&G), one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world. It was founded in 1837 by William Procter and James Gamble.
  • The Cincinnati Chili: Cincinnati is famous for its unique style of chili, often served over spaghetti or hot dogs, and topped with shredded cheese. The chili is seasoned with spices like cinnamon and chocolate, giving it a distinct flavor.
  • The Cincinnati Reds: The Cincinnati Reds are the oldest professional baseball team in the United States, founded in 1869. They are often referred to as "The First Professional Baseball Team.”
  • Cincinnati’s "Over-the-Rhine" District: Over-the-Rhine (OTR) is a historic neighborhood that got its name because German immigrants in the 19th century referred to crossing the Miami and Erie Canal as "crossing the Rhine," after the river in Europe.
  • Famous for Its Beer: Cincinnati has a long history of brewing, dating back to the 1800s. It was once known as the “Beer Capital of the U.S.” due to the many breweries in the city, including the famous Christian Moerlein Brewing Company.
  • The Cincinnati Zoo: The Cincinnati Zoo is one of the oldest zoos in the U.S., opening in 1875. It is also home to the famous Fiona, the first hippo born at the zoo in over 75 years, and she became a social media sensation.
  • Cincinnati’s "Cincy" Nickname: Cincinnati is often affectionately called "Cincy" or "The Queen City." The nickname "The Queen City" is believed to have been given to the city in the 19th century due to its rapid growth and importance on the Ohio River.
  • Goetta is a German-inspired breakfast sausage made from ground meat (usually pork or beef), steel-cut oats, and spices. It was brought to Cincinnati by German immigrants in the 19th century and has since become a local favorite. The dish is often served fried in slices, typically for breakfast, and is sometimes compared to a type of sausage or scrapple. It's especially popular in Cincinnati, where it’s commonly eaten with eggs or used as a topping for burgers and sandwiches.
