SCIENTIFIC CONTENT SUPPORT

BENEFITS FOR SCIX 2020 SCIENTIFIC CONTENT SUPPORTERS:

All SciX 2020 scientific content supporters receive the following benefits, with many support opportunities carrying additional benefits.

  • Name, logo and company description on the virtual platform
  • Acknowledgment as a supporter in other digital materials (e.g. final program PDF)
  • Email recognition before and during SciX acknowledging sponsors
  • Logo with URL link on SciX website


SCIENTIFIC CONTENT SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES

Live-stream Channel (2 Top & 2 Bottom Exclusive Opportunities): Channel 1 top and bottom banners still available!

$2,500 each

Your banner appears either above or below the video player on one of the two live-streamed channels throughout the entire virtual conference. Choose the top banner position or the bottom banner position. Your company will also get special recognition as a streaming sponsor in one email blast to all attendees, including your company description.

ePoster Gallery (Exclusive Opportunity):

$2,000

As the sole sponsor for the mini-oral ePoster gallery, your company logo (with URL link) will be prominently displayed at the top of the digital poster gallery. Your company will also be recognized as the ePoster Gallery Sponsor in one email blast to all attendees advertising the poster gallery, including your company description.

Plenary Sessions (8 Exclusive Opportunities): 5 LEFT

$1,000 per session

Plenary sessions are popular as they honor the award winners for the year. Sponsoring a plenary will get your logo (with your website link) displayed underneath each presentation title in the session (see screen shot). Each plenary is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity as your logo will be the only one displayed


Live-streamed Track/Session (12 Exclusive Opportunities): 5 LEFT

$750 each

Live-streamed oral sessions are scheduled for each day of the conference. Two sessions will run concurrently at each time slot. Sponsoring one of these sessions will get you logo (with your website link) displayed underneath each presentation title in the session (see screen shot above). You will also be recognized at the start of the session by the session chair(s), verbally and/or with your logo displayed.


On-Demand Oral Sessions (Multiple Opportunities):                               

$500 each

On-demand oral sessions will be available for all attendees to browse as they please. Your logo (with your website link) displayed underneath each presentation title in the session (see screen shot). Multiple sponsors can support a single on-demand session.


SciX in Beta (2 Opportunities, Multiple Sponsors):                                                                       

$500 each

We are incorporating two engaging and fun sessions that the attendees can attend outside of the scientific program. Sponsor one of these unique sessions and join us in trying something new! Your logo (with your website link) will be displayed underneath each presentation title in the session (see screen shot). Experiment with us!

An invoice will be emailed to you for payment via credit card. If you need to pay via check, the details will be on the invoice.

Payments must be secured by September 10th to ensure receipt of all benefits.

Leading up to and after the virtual SciX experience, there will be webinars to build excitement and expand the reach of SciX to new audiencesSciX 2020 also offers several unique networking events for attendees. With no exhibit hall in 2020, it’s a chance to stay visible to attendees by getting involved in a new way!

    Webinar Sponsor - $2,000 each (Exclusive)

    Sponsor a webinar and get your logo with URL link on the SciX website, logo on email blast, recognition at the start of the webinar, and your company recognized as the sponsor in one email blast to all attendees advertising the webinar, including your company description or a content item. You will also have a 5 minute speaking slot at the end of the webinar. 


    Networking Events - $250 each, Multiple Sponsors

    Sponsor one of the networking events we are planning. Event details are still being planned, but as a networking event sponsor, you will get a logo with URL link on the SciX website, your name, logo and company description on the virtual platform. You will also be recognized as a supporter on digital materials (e.g. final program PDF, blast emails) and by the host of the supported activity when the social event launches.
