Program Sponsorship strengthens the scientific content of the conference by financially supporting invited speakers. Funds are allocated to specific program sections that are most relevant to the sponsor.

Program Sponsor Levels & Benefits:

Champion Sponsors: $5,000+

• Rotating banner on SciX homepage
• Acknowledgment of level (name and logo) on special meter board and exhibit hall entry arch
• Name recognition on walk-in slides for ALL SciX sessions regardless of sections
• Logo with URL link on website
• Name in final program

Advocate Sponsors: $2,000-$5,000

• Acknowledgment of level (name and logo) on special meter board and exhibit hall entry arch
• Name recognition on walk-in slides for specific, supported sections
• Logo with URL link on website
• Name in final program

Friends of SciX: Less than $2,000

• Name on specific, supported section slides, final program, exhibit hall entry arch, and on website

How Session Sponsors Sign Up and Pay

Session and Section chairs are responsible for recruiting program sponsors for their sessions. Once a sponsor has been confirmed, the contact information of the sponsor and the dollar value committed must be communicated to the FACSS office. The FACSS office will confirm the commitment with the sponsor and manage invoicing. Sponsorship can be secured at any time but final payments must be received by August 1st 2021 to guarantee fulfillment of all listed benefits.
