Chances are, if you’ve ever worked with spectroscopic data, then you’ve already been exposed to multivariate analysis (MVA); think principal components analysis (PCA) and partial least squares regression (PLSR). But maybe you don’t yet know exactly what they are or how to use them properly. Just what are “scores” and “loadings” and how do they benefit your work? Join us for a 1-day intro into the MVA world that you’re already living in, and you’ll find the answers to these questions and maybe more! Please note that students will need to bring a laptop with Unscrambler installed and activated, software will be provided free of charge for the class.
