Conference registration includes: all oral and poster sessions Sunday through Friday, Sunday Welcome Mixer, Monday night exhibit opening, and Wednesday evening event.

Advance Registration rates: Member - $500; Non-Member - $580; Student or Retiree - $160
Onsite Registrations rates:  Member - $550; Non-Member - $680; Student or Retiree - $160

Companion Registration ($55) provides access to Sunday evening welcome mixer, Monday evening exhibit opening, continental breakfast on Monday, and Wednesday evening event. It does not provide access to scientific sessions.

Cancellation.To cover the cost of handling and processing, $50 will be deducted from refunds for cancellations.  Written request must be emailed to the FACSS office on or before September 16, 2013. Workshop refund requests must be postmarked before September 6.
