Social Events and Committee Meetings

FACSS has been well known for its outstanding and numerous networking opportunities.  This proud tradition of bringing together leading scientists across many disciplines for scientific exchange via a variety of informal networking opportunities will continue at SCIX (pronounced Sci-Ex).  There will be a SAS sponsored welcome mixer and student poster session on Sunday evening, an exhibit opening reception on Monday evening, dessert receptions during the Tuesday and Wednesday posters sessions, an opportunity to visit the nearby National World War I Museum and a Wednesday evening informal networking event.  Additionally, SCIX is a venue for meeting and receptions of its sponsoring societies.  Please refer to the calendar for more social events and sponsoring society meetings for details.
